To retrieve a vehicle from our lot, the registered owner must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or state ID. This policy ensures that all vehicle releases are secure and authorized. If someone other than the owner is picking up the vehicle, they must have written and signed authorization from the registered owner along with a copy of the owner’s ID.
Before a vehicle can be released, we must verify proof of ownership. This can include the vehicle’s title, registration, or insurance documents with matching name and VIN. In addition, valid proof of insurance is required if the vehicle will be driven off the lot. Without these documents, we are unable to process the release.
